Supplier Code of Conduct
Pretzel Films Ltd is committed to promoting responsible business practices across our supply chain. We believe that our suppliers should share our values of ethical conduct, social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards expected from organisations that provide services or products to Pretzel Films Ltd.
This policy was introduced in 2025 as a requirement for all new suppliers, alongside a structured programme to engage with existing suppliers and encourage alignment with these standards.
Our Aim
Our aim is to promote responsible social and environmental performance among our suppliers and to reduce the risk of reputational damage that could arise from environmental or human rights violations within the supply chain.
We encourage suppliers to adopt policies and practices that align with internationally recognised standards and ethical business conduct.
Labour Standards and Practices
Suppliers are expected to maintain fair and ethical labour practices and comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Employment must be voluntary. Forced, bonded or involuntary labour is not permitted.
Working hours must comply with applicable local laws and industry standards.
Workers must be paid at least the legal minimum wage and receive all mandated benefits.
Suppliers must not employ workers below the legal minimum working age.
Employment decisions must not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
Suppliers must provide safe working conditions and comply with all applicable health and safety laws.
Environmental Responsibility
Pretzel Films Ltd expects suppliers to operate in a manner that minimises environmental impact and supports sustainable business practices.
Suppliers should align with internationally recognised environmental and social responsibility frameworks including principles reflected in ISO 14000 and SA8000.

- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions where possible
- Avoiding hazardous substances and managing environmental risks

Compliance and Continuous Improvement
Pretzel Films Ltd expects suppliers to comply with this Code of Conduct and to demonstrate continuous improvement in their environmental, social and governance practices.
Suppliers may be requested to provide evidence of compliance or to confirm adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
Reporting Concerns
Suppliers are encouraged to report concerns regarding ethical conduct, labour practices or environmental performance related to Pretzel Films Ltd engagements.

Policy Review
This Supplier Code of Conduct is reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, best practice or organisational requirements.
