Create an L&D box set for SJP's Responsible Investing team, which allows them to efficiently reach some 5000 SJP Partner firms with their core responsible investing messaging and content.

We created a fresh and accessible box set of films hosted by internal SJP influencers and some supporting presenters which we cast. We helped them organise, distil and structure the content they needed to cover in a way that would make some very detailed topics digestible and engaging whilst boosting their brand tone of voice.

We initially designed the content to be relevant for one year, as regulations change virtually on an annual basis. However, our modular approach to creation and focus on quality has meant that the content has remained 'evergreen', giving the busy team a reliable and low-stress item in their work-flow which only needs modest updates on an annual basis, rather than starting from the drawing board each time.
