Lucy Bridger

Lucy is lovely as a person. As a director she is slightly terrifying. No one at 21 should be this good. But Lucy knows exactly what she likes and is single-mindedly making the films she wants to make.  Lucy started photographing her friends when she was 16, and then friend’s bands and other musicians they knew.  She has since photographed Ellie Goulding, Villagers, Jakwob and Chad Valley among others. In 2010 Lucy worked at Dazed and Confused magazine while studying Fashion Imaging at University.  In 2011 she began work as a Creative at the record label Cascine and continued her studies.  She also shot her first music video for Jakwob.  Her first music video was created entirely with the help of friends, without a media professional in sight…it was this extraordinary feat that brought her first to our attention. Lucy has since notched up another 3 commissioned music videos and a film for the charity Penelope. She is also filming at London Fashion Week for Topshop.
